Independent@Home, a division of Independent Health Care Services, Inc., provides non-medical services designed to meet individual requests for assistance to those throughout Central New York.
Non-medical services include, but are not limited to:

- Handyman service and chore assistance - indoor and outdoor

- Housekeeping, laundry and linen change
- Incidental transportation
- Mail and prescription management
- Meal preparation
- Relocation assistance
- Salon services - hair dressing, manicures & pedicures
- Shopping and/or errands
- "Snow Bird" services - packing and unpacking
- Tele-wellness monitoring of vital signs
- TLC telephone calls
With a strong focus on meeting our client's needs and tailoring services accordingly, we provide a free in-home assessment and consultation prior to initiating any services. Pricing of services is creative and flexible, with a combination of fee-for-service, per visit charge and monthly retainers as options.
No request is too large or too small for our trained staff to handle, and we are fully insured and bonded.
